A sincere thank you to Ruby’s Diner

Earlier this year I blogged about the 14-step airplane that Ruby’s Diner had deemed appropriate for its kid’s-menu-vehicle-conversion entertainment item, and moms and dads everywhere nodded in agreement. It’s the second most difficult menu-vehicle to construct. 14 steps? Really? At least they got rid of the zamboni.  Anyway…

Ruby’s must have heard our plea through the blogosphere because last Sunday when we went to Ruby’s in Long Beach, we were presented with this:

What’s that you say? There is only one step to perform? Remove the 3D glasses and away you go!?

I don’t understand why the designers felt that temples would be unnecessary on a pair of 3D glasses, but at least Melody looks cute holding them in place.

Thank you, Ruby’s!
