Here’s a screenshot from the OC Register’s Contests page. I went there because my friend suggested entering the contest to get my yard landscaped for free or something like that. This caught my eye, and I guess this is why I don’t like contests that rely on unmonitored voting (not that American Idol would ever do something like that!). Notice anything….interesting about the winners of the online voting in those two contests?
